This is a key event for WWSI, as the Collection Industry employs approximately 413,000 Collectors; as the ACA estimates this staffing level to increase by 30-35% over the next several years, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), reached an all-time high of 5,753 members at the close of its 2004/05 fiscal year on May 31, 2005.

There are over 3,500 Collection Agency members; and over 1,300 Creditor Agency Members. Representatives from Member agencies as well as Non-Member agency's visit vendors at the Convention or attend the Educational Seminars during this week long event.

The Collection industry represents just one sector of the business marketplace where Business Process Outsourcing will be in demand.
